Martial Arts Classes will teach discipline to students that need to control their extra energy. The classes will be held once a week and work with youth on levels of physical fitness and self-defense.
The instructors will teach various styles of martial arts and introduce students to the philosophy of the arts. All classes will be taught by certified instructors.
What you will achieve:
Students will learn forms, katas, and self defense techniques as well as physical fitness.
Students will visit the sets of action films and learn how their art form can be used for more than self-defense.
